Mexico Cruise March 2009 Photos

Lauren, friend, Camille, Sara and Holly pose after dessert

The food was great and the we all tried many new things. Here's Austin with the special heart chocolate mousse. We ate frog legs, tofu, escargot, duck, to name a few.

Mazatlan downtown at the cathedral, not a great place for families and small children.

Here we are at Puerto Vallarta (our first stop) getting back to the ship after a day at the beach. We didn't know where to go at first and walked the wrong way, looking for a beach with Camille and the Cliffords. We finally got a taxi at the Wal-Mart and he drove us to the hotel where our server at breakfast had told us all the workers love to go to because you can use the nice pool and the beach and all the facilities. We found it and it was wonderful, and we even found Camille, too.

Madelyn, Anna Clifford and Caitlyn in Puerto Vallarta at a hotel on the beach where peddlers would try to sell us everything and braided Anna's hair. It was beautiful and very warm.

Despite using sunscreen, the kids got really sunburned at Puerto Vallarta, Richard the worst!

The Sapphire Princess--our home for the week of March 7th-March 14th. The kids and Dan missed a week of school/work for this trip, which we coordinated with my sister Mary, her family, and about possibly 100 other people from her town of Thatcher, AZ. We held church meetings on the ship and there were over 60 attending. This was the day we took the little boats off the ship at Cabo San Lucas, our last stop.
